Our Approach
Todd knows that finding answers to elder law questions can be confusing and difficult. We find clients get a great deal of false information about Medicaid planning, estate planning, and other elder law issues. Every client we have has a different set of circumstances. We believe all our clients are unique and our advice is tailored individually.
In our first meeting, whether by zoom, phone, or in person, we spend time with you regarding your particular circumstances, goals, and needs. After our meeting we put a plan together to reach those goals, and usually can provide you with a quote for a single flat fee.
