Cleveland Elder Law

Partnering with families to better care for one another

Navigating elder law can be complex, but Cleveland Elder Law prioritizes trust in every client relationship.

Meet Todd

Todd Bartimole, founder at Cleveland Elder Law, has been practicing elder law since 1993.  He obtained his A.B. in Political Science from Ohio University and his Juris Doctor from Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 1993.  Prior to becoming an attorney, Todd worked with the local Long Term Care Ombudsman program, advocating for the rights of his aging clients and their families.  Todd saw first hand the challenge families faced affording the care they deserved and needed.

Todd's unwavering commitment to family fuels his professional drive. Together with his team, he endeavors to empower families to better care for one another.

Todd is a regular speaker both in the community and to other lawyers and professionals in the areas of Estate Planning, Elder Law, and Medicaid Eligibility.  He is a board member and Treasurer of his church, and is married and lives in Rocky River, OH with his family, as well as the family dog, Happy.
