Navigating elder law can be complex, but Cleveland Elder Law prioritizes trust in every client relationship.

Meet Todd

Two men sitting outside in a backyard, one older with glasses and white hair, wearing a gray blazer and black shirt, and the other middle-aged with gray hair, wearing a blue polo shirt. They are smiling and appear to be enjoying a sunny day near trees and houses.

Todd and his Dad, Roldo

Todd Bartimole, founder at Cleveland Elder Law, has been practicing elder law since 1993.  He obtained his A.B. in Political Science from Ohio University and his Juris Doctor from Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 1993.  Prior to becoming an attorney, Todd worked with the local Long Term Care Ombudsman program, advocating for the rights of his aging clients and their families.  Todd saw first hand the challenge families faced affording the care they deserved and needed.

Todd's unwavering commitment to family fuels his professional drive. Together with his team, he endeavors to empower families to better care for one another.

Todd is a regular speaker both in the community and to other lawyers and professionals in the areas of Estate Planning, Elder Law, and Medicaid Eligibility.  He is a board member and Treasurer of his church, and is married and lives in Rocky River, OH with his family, as well as the family dog, Happy.

Meet Jennifer

A woman with brown hair, glasses, and pearl earrings smiling with arms crossed outdoors with a green, leafy background.

Jennifer is a seasoned business leader and a trailblazing expert in mental health. With a career devoted to enhancing caregiver well-being, she’s made it her mission to alleviate the strains they face. By proactively addressing caregiver stress to avoid burnout, Jennifer has forged partnerships with physicians, nurses, and therapists to help family caregivers build a network of support, ensuring they receive the support they need to thrive.

Her dedication to supporting family caregivers isn’t just professional—it’s deeply personal. Jennifer’s journey began with caring for her mother, who was diagnosed with dementia. The highs and lows of this experience, from the slow-motion grief of losing her closest confidant to the moments of joy and fulfillment found in advocacy and caregiving, have changed Jennifer as a person. Now, she’s not just committed to changing lives, she’s rewriting the narrative of caregiver support, one heartfelt connection at a time.
